REWA

We like to spend our free time at the Polish seaside. It’s almost 600 km from our home, but the hardships of the journey disappear as soon as we arrive. The sound of the sea, gulls, sand and warm water in the bay. What more could you ask for? We have already visited various places on the Polish coast, but Rewa is unique to us.

Rewa – a village in Poland located in the Pomeranian Province, Puck County, Kosakowo Commune, between Gdynia and Puck, in Kashubia. A place with two summer baths and two marinas for fishermen (beach strips).

The name of the village comes from the shoal, a sandy shoal stretching almost continuously from the tip of the headland to the bank of the Hel Peninsula.

Rewa is situated at the mouth of Mostowe Błota. The town is entirely located in the Coastal Landscape Park and is included in a special protection area for habitats, “Zatoka Pucka and the Hel Peninsula”.

Tourist traffic is related to the location. The sandy Cypel Rewski, which protects a small bay, is perfect for windsurfing and kitesurfing. Rewa is an alternative to the often crowded municipal bathing areas of the Tri-City.
